Jean Chrispin Djomo
Jean Chrispin Djomo is a trained chef in traditional French patisserie and viennoiserie. After moving from Cameroon to the United States, Chef Djomo pursued his dream of baking and enrolled in a French pastry school.
After a year of interning and training under a top chef, Chef Djomo opened a bakery of his own, Salut Paris Bakery. Here, you can enjoy original French pastry recipes and baking techniques that date back to the 1800s, as well as some of the rarest hardest to find authentic pastries stateside.
